For Bernette's first Special Edition they are working together with costume artist Yaya Han! She is a costume designer, cosplay entertainer and author of her own sewing book. She discovered the unique creative pastime of cosplay in 1999 as a young fan. Yaya has always been artistic, especially with pen and ink illustrations.

She poured her heart and soul into creating unusual shapes with various materials and overcame many challenges. Her failures along the way were Yayas greatest teachers. To this day, she has made close to 400 costumes in the genres of anime/manga, comic books, video games, sci-fi and her own original designs.
