This quilted vest is a great finishing element of a terrific outfit as well as an extra layer to add warmth. Its quilted design is oversized and boxy, so it can be layered. Choose two lightweight fabrics you love and quilt it yourself with a layer of batting in between, giving you an opportunity to express your creativity.
