• Fabric (see "fabric" tab for amount): Pants + pocket lining

• Fusible interfacing (I use Pellon Featherweight)

• 1" elastic

• Scissors, pins, ruler, thread, iron

• Sewing machine

• Serger is the preferred way to finish edges, but zigzag stitch or "clean finish" on a regular sewing machine will suffice!

Patchwork knees: 

• Enough fabric (scraps are great for this!) for 30-36 three-inch squares
