Come on down to Lansing and learn how to mend textiles with visible mending! Jessy is here to help you learn mending traditions from around the world. Our visible mending class covers basic stitches for woven fabrics that will help you extend the life of your garments with artistic details

You will learn:

• sashiko running stitch style
• kantha mending from India
• Basic embroidery stitches for artistic mending.

All materials are provided including a variety of threads, needles and fabrics to practice on. Just bring yourself and a fix-it attitude!
